Lawn Aeration

Aeration allows for improved air exchange between the soil and the atmosphere.  Allows for enhanced water uptake therefore nutrients can get into the soil much more effectively.  This inturn will decrease compacted soils, created by heavy equipment or too much traffic (children and pets).  Reducing compacted soil will aide with water run off and puddling after heavy rains.  In turn this will allow for greater increase in lawn fertilizers to effectively penetrate the soil.  The benefit is stronger turfgrass roots.  Aeration is very beneficial to lawns that are not thriving due to poor soils (clay).  Aerating at peak growing or peak recovery periods (late spring/early summer or fall) has been proven to be the optimal time period.     Please call for a quotation on how this service can be of great benefit to your investment.
